Global Trade Compliance & Logistics Manager Job Summary
- Lead and mentor the internal logistics and trade compliance team
- Manage broker, freight forwarder, and carrier relationships
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. and international customs/export/import regulations
- Oversee shipping documentation, ISF filings, inventory controls, and internal audits
- Maintain C-TPAT certification and minimize customs penalties
- Provide expertise on HTS classification, embargoes, sanctions, and trade agreements
- Support internal teams with contractor billing and government audits
- Optimize transportation strategy and cost-efficiency across global supply chain
- 10 years experience in customs/global logistics
- 5 years in a leadership role within apparel manufacturing
- Customs Broker License required
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of CBP, C-TPAT, HTS codes, and global freight compliance
- Experience working with U.S. and international customs authorities
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Spanish/French strongly preferred
