Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop 20–40 team members per shift.
- Achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support team growth through coaching and training.

What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
