Zing Recruiting is partnering with a leading fire protection and life safety organization seeking a motivated Business Development Representative – Inside Sales to help grow existing customer relationships and drive additional product and service sales throughout New Jersey and surrounding markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong consultative sales skills who enjoys working with business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and expand relationships with existing commercial customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell fire protection and security solutions
• Conduct outbound sales calls and customer consultations
• Present tailored solutions including:
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Monitoring solutions
  • Access control systems
  • CCTV and video surveillance
  • Fire detection and notification systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline management
• Stay informed on industry trends and technology advancements

What We’re Looking For

• B2B sales experience required
• Experience in fire protection, security, low-voltage, or technical sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
