Qualifications

- Knowledge of commercial construction processes and flooring materials (carpet, resilient, ceramic, stone, and wood) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers, sales team members, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Previous experience in estimating, construction, or commercial flooring is preferred but not required for candidates with strong transferable skills.
