Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Management Advisor to join our growing Tampa team. This individual will play a key role in expanding client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and managing investment portfolios aligned with our income-focused strategy.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, client-centric, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced advisory environment.
This role is responsible for both client acquisition and ongoing advisory service, including portfolio design, asset allocation decisions, and investment implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new and existing client relationships
- Provide fiduciary-based investment advice, including portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies
- Implement and monitor customized investment plans aligned with client goals
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Support client acquisition efforts and referral-based growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and activity within CRM systems
- Stay current on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements
- Travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 6 years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services
- Minimum of 18 months experience as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative
- Active Series 65 license required
- CFP® certification or willing to obtain
- Strong understanding of RIA custodian platforms and advisory tools
- Proven track record of client relationship management and/or business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems, and portfolio management software
- Client-first mindset with a fiduciary approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
