What you'll do
- Own client relationships from first meeting through comprehensive retirement and wealth planning
- Serve households who already know who we are and showed up to learn more
- Work directly with a Founder invested in your growth — not a manager reviewing a pipeline
- Operate within a team with real systems and processes that work
- Build your financial future alongside your clients' — base salary permanent revenue percentage
What we need from you
- 2 years in financial services
- Hungry enough that a warm room full of people who want help makes you lean in, not coast
- You do right by clients — it's the only way you know how to operate
- You understand trust is the only thing that compounds forever
- Series 65/66 and Life Insurance licenses (for the right candidate, we'll help you get there)
