Big Financial Services is a fiduciary retirement planning firm in Tampa with a marketing engine already built: The Big Money Show on TV, radio, digital campaigns, and live dinner/educational seminars that produce a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified appointments.
The Opportunity
You’ll work with pre-retirees and retirees who are actively looking for guidance around income planning, investments, insurance, tax-aware retirement strategies, and long-term financial confidence.
Instead of building from scratch, you’ll step into a system designed to help advisors do their best work: meet with qualified prospects, uncover what matters most, present clear recommendations, and build long-term client relationships through proactive service and reviews.

What You’ll Do
- Lead retirement planning meetings with pre-retirees and retirees
- Develop and present planning strategies in a clear, client-first way
- Help clients make informed decisions with confidence
- Maintain long-term relationships through reviews and proactive service
- Follow the firm’s planning and client service process for consistency and compliance
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
Required Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Series 65 or 66
- Experience in retirement planning or consultative financial sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with pre-retirees and retirees
