We are seeking a dependable and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in a full-time Lab Support / Float role. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in phlebotomy and injections and enjoys supporting a busy, collaborative clinical environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and injections safely and efficiently
- Making and taking phone calls and giving patient's their lab results.
- Assisting fellow MAs with X-rays, EKGs, and RetinaVue scans once fully trained and competent in each procedure.
- May be utilized to cover a provider as needed
- Assist with inventory, organization, and supply stocking
- Support light cleaning to maintain clinic standards
Work Location Requirement
- This is a float position — candidates must be available to work at all three clinic locations where needed

- Strong experience with phlebotomy and injections (required)
- Medical Assistant certification
- Reliable, flexible, and professional

Consistently demonstrate a warm, caring attitude and provide an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities may include collecting patient health information, performing blood pressure checks and immunizations, entering documentation into the electronic medical record, making patient phone calls, coordinating referrals to specialists, and taking minor X-rays. You will also support the provider during minor procedures, maintain accountability for your work, and help ensure patients leave with a great experience and a smile. This position is scheduled five days per week with occasional nights and Saturday's.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
