Job Description:
A well-established local surveying company in Pensacola is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented File Clerk & Office Administrator to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Label, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Enter and manage project documentation in an online file database
- Ensure files are accurately placed in the appropriate digital or physical location
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct independent research to support property quote preparation
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Create and maintain job files throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and adapt to new software as the company evolves
- Proactively anticipate the needs of clients and office staff
- Assist with light office upkeep, including dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
Skills & Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- QuickBooks Online experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
