Position Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role supports staff, manages administrative tasks, and helps maintain an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully operational
Qualifications:
