Role Description The Seasonal Jewelry Consultant role is a seasonal roe for the holiday seasona dm throughout the year, on-site position based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role involves greeting customers, learning about their preferences, and guiding them to jewelry pieces that match their style and budget. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized customer service, explaining product features, maintaining store displays, and supporting retail sales transactions. The consultant will assist with sizing, care instructions, and basic styling suggestions to enhance the customer experience. This role also includes handling POS operations, helping with inventory tasks, and collaborating with the store team to achieve sales goals during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive Customer Experience.
• Retail Sales experience or aptitude, including comfort with point-of-sale systems and meeting sales targets.
• Interest in Jewelry Design and jewelry trends, with the ability to learn product details and styling options.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional, inclusive approach to interacting with diverse customers.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
