Role Description The Assistant Manager at Zales in Pasadena, TX is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. This position assists in leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and mentoring team members, helping with scheduling and floor coverage, and overseeing visual merchandising and product displays.
