Job Summary
Youthful Aging Private Duty Home Care has immediate openings for Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs. Client prefers a male caregiver but all qualified people will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with meal preparation systems and special dietary needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
