Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Care
Empath Personal Care, a part of Empath Health, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to serve patients in Port Charlotte, Venice, and North Port within their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver personalized, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility of PRN scheduling and the support of a trusted, mission-driven organization. This position offers Competitive Pay on a weekly basis.
What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.

Support patients’ comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service.

Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical staff.

Travel within the assigned service area to deliver care as scheduled.

What You’ll Need

Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License).

CPR certification (in-house classes available if needed).

Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred.

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and operate a motor vehicle within the service area.

Valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
