$300/week plus visits
As an RN/LPN for On-call, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Reporting to the nursing supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment. Strong communication skills are essential to communicate with the healthcare team and support patients and their families.
Job Duties
· Assess incoming patient calls to determine urgency and nursing needs
· Provide initial nursing advice and guidance based on symptoms described
· Coordinate with health care providers to ensure timely patient care
· Document patient interactions and triage decisions accurately
· Maintain up to date knowledge of protocols and emergency procedures
· Communicate effectively with patients and their families to alleviate concerns
· Educating patients about self-care and lifestyle changes that can contribute to the success of their treatments
· Communication with physicians and other care providers
· Intake on new client
· Home visits when needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Home Care experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
- Basic life support certification
