What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evolv Administrator position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Full Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary: Evolv Administrator provides system administration and end‑user support for the Evolv EHR and Bells AI platforms, serving as the primary functional subject matter expert. This role supports system implementations, configure forms and workflows, and acts as a technical liaison between field users and IT to ensure stable, effective system operation
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is generally preferred or commensurate experience in IT related position
- Microsoft Certification
- Minimum of 3 years working with or supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, including end-user support and basic system administration.
- Customer Support with experience providing assistance to non-technical users, including troubleshooting system access, data entry, and workflow issues.
- Database experience with being familiar with data structures, reporting, or system configuration is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) Speaking is a plus.
