Summary Of The Position
The Administrative Support role provides essential office and administrative support to the Dauphin County Program. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with staff, families, and external service providers.
Administrative Support serves as the office receptionist and is responsible for completing weekly paperwork, performing data entry, assisting with hiring and payroll processes, and maintaining confidential participant and personnel records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, and proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite.

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the office receptionist, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Prepare weekly paperwork and complete timely data entry.
- Assist with the hiring process
- Support payroll processing activities as assigned.
- Maintain confidential participant and personnel records in accordance with agency policies.
- Provide general administrative support to program staff as needed.
- Assist with additional office tasks to support daily operations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Must be organized, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth, families, and community
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
- Bilingual (Spanish‑speaking) applicants are encouraged to apply.
