We value the ability to learn quickly, a positive attitude, common sense, honesty, and a strong work ethic above all. Responsibilities:
- Helps prepare, format, proofread, and organize legal files, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Maintains electronic files, tracks deadlines, and keeps projects moving
- Assists with scheduling, communications, and day-to-day administrative needs
- Handles confidential information with care and discretion
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools
- Learns quickly, asks thoughtful questions, and uses good judgment
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to following through
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills
- Able to manage several tasks and take initiative
