In this role, you'll be responsible for processing vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and supporting the administrative operations of our dealerships. Responsibilities:
- Work with other dealerships - DMV - and financial institutions
- Performs title and vehicle audits on a regular basis
- Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
- Assists in monthly closings
- Prepares tax and title documents
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle
- Maintain multiple reports including Permit Logs - Titling Reports - Plating Reports - etc
Qualifications:
- You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A desire to learn and grow with a great company
- A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
