Duties
- Assist escrow officers in preparing, reviewing, and organizing escrow documents and disclosures
- Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and title companies to ensure timely updates and responses
- Verify the accuracy of all transaction information, including titles, escrow instructions, and financial data
- Track deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed for closing procedures
- Maintain meticulous records of all transaction activities and correspondence for compliance purposes
- Support the funding process by reviewing wire transfers and ensuring funds are correctly allocated
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the escrow process
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate escrow, title services, or a related administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in document review and data entry
- Proficiency in using escrow software platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and other relevant tools is advantageous
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented setting
