WHAT'S THIS JOB ALL ABOUT?
As our Sample Distribution Coordinator, you’ll make sure our architectural samples are built, packaged, organized, and delivered to customers and our sales team.
This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of job.
You’ll be cutting block, building sample kits, operating equipment, preparing shipments, managing inventory, and helping out wherever the team needs you.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, hands-on, and ready to stay busy.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, handling building materials and operating equipment in changing weather conditions.
Expect to be on your feet, working with your hands, moving materials, and occasionally getting a little dirty.
If you like variety and don't want the same four walls every day, you'll fit right in.

WHAT'S THIS JOB ALL ABOUT?
As our Sample Distribution Coordinator, you’ll make sure our architectural samples are built, packaged, organized, and delivered to customers and our sales team.

You’ll be cutting block, building sample kits, operating equipment, preparing shipments, managing inventory, and helping out wherever the team needs you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build it! Assemble architectural block and WorkRite sample kits for our sales team.
- Cut it! Cut masonry block, prepare face shells, and create sample pieces.
- Make it look good! Clean, label, package, and prepare samples with an eye for detail.
- Ship it! Get samples and plant materials packed up and out the door via UPS.
- Keep it organized! Track outgoing samples and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Talk to customers! Communicate with customers to make sure shipments are accurate and meet expectations.
- Move it! Operate forklifts and wheel loaders as needed. Training and certification will be required.
- Jump in! Assist the Quality Control team at the plant or out in the field at customer job sites.
- Be a team player! Take on other duties and projects as needed to keep things moving.
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, hands-on, and ready to stay busy.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 1–2 years of experience in masonry, construction, or building materials preferred.
- Forklift experience/certification — or the ability to become certified.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience.
- A “see what needs to be done and do it” attitude.
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy seasons.
You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, handling building materials and operating equipment in changing weather conditions.

- Walk, stand, bend, stoop, lift, and move throughout the workday.
- Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 90 pounds.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment.
- Work safely around machinery, building materials, and active plant operations.
