We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals to be a Lead Teacher at our YMCA Child and Youth Development program.

Locations: El Portal & Meadow Green
Work Schedule: Part-time: 1:30pm - 6:00pm

Support and guide staff through child guidance and behavior management.

Guide children (ages 5-12) through curriculum-aligned activities (STEM, arts, homework).

Minimum Qualifications (Must Meet One Level):

Minimum Age: 18 years old.

Experience: Required 1 year experience working with children (ages 5-12) in an after-school, camp, or daycare setting.

Education Requirements: 24 college units completed with a minimum of 12 units in Child Development and 12 units in a related field
