The YMCA of Indiana County is seeking a highly organized and creative Development & Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our fundraising, marketing, community outreach, and food program administration efforts. This position works closely with the Director of Community Engagement and Outreach to help strengthen the YMCA's presence in the community while ensuring compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).

Responsibilities include:
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, digital displays, and fundraising communications.
- Create and manage content for the YMCA's social media platforms related to fundraising, events, and philanthropy.
- Meet with department leaders to support marketing and event promotion.
- Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising events and community outreach activities.
- Prepare event reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Research, write, and track grant applications and reporting deadlines.
- Support compliance and administration of the YMCA's CACFP and SFSP food programs.
- Process monthly food program documentation to ensure accurate and timely state reimbursements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, schools, and local organizations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, fundraising, event planning, grant writing, or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and community partners.
- Ability to learn and follow CACFP and SFSP regulations.
Physical & Employment Requirements
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- FBI Fingerprint (Department of Human Services), Pennsylvania State Police PATCH, Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, and Mandated Reporter certification required upon hire.
- Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and Great American Academy certifications must be completed within 90 days of hire.
