Lead and supervise concession staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Manage cash handling, daily sales reporting, and reconciliation
Train and develop team members in food prep, service, and safety standards
Oversee inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations
Create staff schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
Partner with management to support promotions and boost sales
Previous experience in food service management or similar role preferred
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting
Knowledge of food safety standards and preparation techniques
