Greet and serve guests with a friendly, positive attitude
Prepare and serve food and beverages following safety guidelines
Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary concession area
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and dress code standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Minimum age 14 (16 required for certain equipment)
Customer service or food service experience preferred, not required
Basic knowledge of food handling and POS systems is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, responsible, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
