Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized individual for a document control position in our company. You will be responsible for assisting in the organization, proper naming, and transmittal of engineering documents. The document control team uses relevant software programs to meet customer and Xylem requirements for official documentation. This will require the ability to learn new technologies and adapt to each customer’s specific documentation requirements.
The document control specialist will report to the document control supervisor and assist with handling incoming requests for document transmittal and customer communication. You will work closely with the project team, so strong communications skills are a must. Your mission is to help the projects meet quality standards and deliver documents on time.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with an hour Lunch and some flexibility. There is the occasional need for working a Saturday. Must be local to site and open to remote working.
