What are the responsibilities and job description for the MECC Quality Improvement Coach position at The Pinon Project?
The Piñon Project Family Resource Center is seeking an individual with knowledge and experience of high-quality and responsive early childhood education to join the Montelores Early Childhood Council team. The Quality Improvement Coach supports quality improvement initiatives in early childhood programs throughout the community. A minimum of two years’ experience working within licensed childcare environment and credential/coursework in early childhood education is required. This work will take place in the offices of the Montelores Early Childhood Council as well as on site at community early learning centers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the capability to work well with a team and partner agencies are essential. This position requires the ability to be well-organized, flexible, reliable and positive with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Must have a valid Colorado driver's license or the ability to obtain prior to hire. Attach resume as well as cover letter. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
