Job Description:
Quality Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time, Temporary. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with general building maintenance and is looking for a part-day schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Repair and maintain basic plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Assist with basic carpentry, painting, flooring and minor construction tasks.
Required:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, Flooring and general repairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
