We're Hiring a Training Specialist in Plymouth, MN!
Responsibilities:
• Developing training materials and presentations
• Conducting hands-on and classroom training sessions for students
• Collaborating with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies to improve performance
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and techniques
• Monitoring and tracking training effectiveness and making adjustments as needed
• Providing support and guidance to trainees on service techniques and product knowledge
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure consistency in training and messaging
Training and Development:
• Designing and delivering training programs on service techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures
• Creating and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
• Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills and develop training to address them
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
• Utilizing various training methods, such as classroom instruction, role-playing, hands-on, and online learning, to engage and educate students

Qualifications:
• A Highschool Diploma (or equivalent) or an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, or other healthcare related or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of water treatment or renal healthcare
• 3-5 years of Training Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and associated MS 365 Apps
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Innovation: Adult Learning methods and experience.
• Proficiency in learning content development programs (i.e. Articulate or similar) and Learning Management Systems - LMS (i.e. Workday)
• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation.
• Certified Hemodialysis Technologist/Technician (CHT), Certified Hemodialysis Water Specialist (CHWS) or Certification in Biomedical Equipment Technology (CBET)
• Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.
•Travel requirement 25%
The estimated salary range for this position is $86,000 to $96,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
