Responsibilities:
• Lead technical accounting (revenue, stock comp, leases, new pronouncements)
• Support M&A (due diligence, purchase accounting, integration)
• Assist with SEC reporting and financials
• Partner cross-functionally and support close, flux analysis, and audits

Qualifications:
• CPA (or in progress), 6 years experience

Salary : $145,000 - $160,000
