Position Overview
We are seeking a Tax Analyst with 2 years of experience to join a high-performing tax team. This role will support tax compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across a complex, global organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support federal, state, and local tax compliance filings
- Assist with tax provision calculations and financial reporting requirements
- Utilize tax software to compile, analyze, and validate tax data
- Maintain and reconcile tax-related accounts and schedules
- Partner with internal teams (finance, accounting, legal) to gather required information
- Support tax audits and inquiries from regulatory authorities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within tax workflows
- Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess potential impacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in tax (public accounting or industry)
- Exposure to tax compliance (corporate, federal/state, or indirect tax)
- Experience with tax software (e.g., OneSource, CorpTax, Vertex, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively
- Collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
