The Opportunity
- Oversee all core accounting functions, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Oversee a high performing team of 2.
- Manage treasury activities such as cash flow planning, banking relationships, and payment approvals
- Lead payroll oversight, ensuring accuracy in compensation and tax withholdings
- Support tax compliance, filings, and coordination across multiple entities
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide financial oversight for affiliated entities and support broader business operations
- Drive process improvements and support system implementations to enhance efficiency
- Play a key role in strengthening internal controls and financial infrastructure

What They’re Looking For
- Law firm experience required!
- Current or recent Controller with strong ownership of accounting operations
- Solid foundation in accounting, tax, and treasury functions
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Experience with billing systems and strong Excel capabilities
Salary : $200,000 - $210,000
