We are partnering with a highly stable, growth-oriented organization to identify an SEC Reporting Manager who will play a critical leadership role in the company’s financial reporting function. What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the SEC reporting function, including preparation and review of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other filings
- Oversee the entire reporting team, providing mentorship, development, and strategic direction
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Executive Leadership
- Research and interpret complex technical accounting issues and implement new accounting standards
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies
- Support external audits and act as a key liaison with auditors
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- CPA required
- Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting background
- Blend of public accounting industry experience
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and elevate a team
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules/regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of leadership
