I’m partnering with a rapidly growing private equity-backed platform in the property management and real estate space that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to the team.
This is a high-visibility opportunity reporting directly to the CFO, offering strong exposure across accounting, finance, and operations in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Partner with FP&A and operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and process improvements
- Support audits, tax workpapers, and integration of newly acquired entities
- Drive workflow improvements and help build scalable accounting processes in a high-growth environment
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of accounting experience, strong month-end close and GAAP fundamentals, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced setting. Public accounting and/or CPA track is strongly preferred.
