Sr Accountant (On-Site in Berwyn, PA)
This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on accounting professional who can take ownership of key accounting functions, support monthly close and reporting, and work closely with leadership and operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Develop and analyze job cost and project-level financial reports
- Assist with commission processing and review of sales agreements
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Partner with internal teams on financial analysis, reporting, and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA preferred (or active pursuit)
- Experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate development, or property management strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills and general ledger experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
