Location: McAllen, TX 78503
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday – Sunday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM/Finish

Will be off 2 days of he week, days will vary depending on schedule.

Job Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of a temperature-controlled freezer warehouse, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of inventory while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead 25–35 warehouse associates.
• Ensure safe, efficient receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and employee performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and operational standards.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet daily operational goals.
• Complete shift reports and communicate operational updates.

Requirements:

• 3 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience in freezer/cold storage preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in temperatures below 0°F and lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, dust, and temperature changes
• Ability to read labels and instructions clearly
• Ability to communicate with team members for safety and productivity
