- Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed while promoting teamwork among staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within a 3PL environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and inventory management systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining workplace safety.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
