Location: Odessa, TX 79761
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Bonus: $145 after 45 days
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM until production is finished
40 hours guaranteed
Overtime available based on production demand
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Warehouse Workers to join our team in Odessa, TX. This role involves physical warehouse duties including handling materials, supporting production flow, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move metal barrels and warehouse materials
- Lift and transport items up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Perform general physical labor in a warehouse setting
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Support daily warehouse and production operations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly
- Must pass E-Verify
- Clean background required
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong work ethic and dependability
