You will be the voice and advocate of quality within Xico Lighting. This means not just ensuring products meet standards, but that customers feel the difference our quality makes. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering, operations, design, and customer support to anticipate issues before they arise, solve problems quickly, and keep everyone aligned around the same goal: delivering excellence.

Your Role
You will be the voice and advocate of quality within Xico Lighting. This means not just ensuring products meet standards, but that customers feel the difference our quality makes. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering, operations, design, and customer support to anticipate issues before they arise, solve problems quickly, and keep everyone aligned around the same goal: delivering excellence.
- Lead and strengthen the company’s quality management system, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary quality contact for key customers — ensuring their needs are understood, met, and exceeded.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to communicate issues clearly and drive timely root cause and corrective actions.
- Develop, train, and motivate inspection and assembly teams to take ownership of quality at every stage.
- Translate technical information into clear, actionable communication across departments.
- Track and present quality metrics, using data to tell the story of progress and opportunity.
- Coordinate supplier quality processes, incoming inspections, and product validations.
You’re a confident communicator who enjoys working across functions and building relationships. You bring a balance of technical know-how and emotional intelligence — able to read a room, guide a conversation, and bring people together to solve problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing or product-based quality management (lighting, electronics, or optics preferred).
- Great listener and communicator — comfortable with customers, production teams, and executives alike.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics and drive decisions through clarity and collaboration.
- Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and data-driven analysis (ISO, SPC, CAPA, PPAP, etc.).
