Job Overview
Quality Manager is responsible for the Quality Programs and is the Primary Safe Quality Food (SQF) Practitioner. Oversees the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF System.
· Responsible for food quality operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to functional strategic plans and reviews.
· Prepares and implements action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
· Identifies and resolves problems.
· Completes audits.
· Determines system improvements and implements change.
· Responsible for ensuring SQF/Food Safety & HACCP compliance throughout all the company processes.
Essential job functions:
Day to Day Quality Assurance functions as outlined in the company HACCP Preventive Controls Plan.
