What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead Xico Lighting’s quality program across all manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) that meet ISO, UL/ETL, and industry standards.
- Define inspection and testing protocols for materials, components, and finished products.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
- Partner with Engineering and Product Design teams to ensure new products are built with quality at the core.
- Lead, coach, and train a small team of quality inspectors and technicians.
- Work directly with Operations and Customer Support to resolve issues, manage warranty claims, and exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role — lighting, electronics, or precision manufacturing, a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, UL/ETL compliance, Lean/Six Sigma, and quality tools.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven reporting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
