Roles and responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a distributed team on Windows and macOS
Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including user lifecycle, groups, permissions, and security settings
Laptop management across the lifecycle: procurement, imaging, asset tracking, repairs, and replacements
User creation for employees and contractors with correct roles and access; clean offboarding and access removals
Software management: license inventory, deployments, updates, renewals, and compliance
Own SharePoint Online and Google Drive governance, site structure, permissions, and migrations
Build and maintain system integrations that reduce manual work using Apps Script, PowerShell, or no-code tools
Handle onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and standard images
Manage basic endpoint security, patching, and remote support tools
IT training: create one-page guides, host short training sessions and office hours
Maintain documentation and a searchable knowledge base
Track tickets, SLAs, and simple KPIs in the help desk system
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when needed

Experience requirements
3 years in IT support or systems administration for a remote or hybrid team
Strong experience in Google Workspace Admin and Microsoft 365 Admin
Hands-on SharePoint Online administration and Google Shared Drives management
Demonstrated integrations work using Apps Script, PowerShell, Zapier, Make, or similar
Experience with laptop fleet management, user provisioning, and software license management
Working knowledge of identity, SSO, MFA, and basic networking
Clear communication, customer service mindset, and disciplined documentation
Preferred experience
Background supporting service or industrial companies with field operations
Experience improving processes through automation and standard operating procedures
