Pay Rate Range: $55-60,000/year

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first internal IT hire, supporting a growing organization with a blend of desktop support and data analysis/reporting responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including:
• Setting up and configuring new workstations
• Troubleshooting hardware issues (monitors, desktops, peripherals)
• Adding, disabling, and managing user accounts
• Assist with data cleanup and organization, particularly when onboarding data from newly acquired assets or entities
• Support SQL databases and help extract, clean, and analyze data as needed
• Create and maintain ad hoc reports to support business operations and leadership decision-making
• Collaborate closely with leadership to help define and evolve IT and data processes as the business grows
• Work independently in a flexible environment, taking ownership of tasks and priorities
  
  

Requirements:

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on desktop support experience
• Experience with:
• User account management
• Workstation setup and hardware troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of SQL databases
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with or strong interest in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with a desire to grow skills and responsibilities over time
  
  

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting or working within the oil & gas industry
