We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across multiple departments, aligning business objectives with employee and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will offer expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to managers and team leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits discussions, learning initiatives, and retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support continuous improvement and decision-making
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a Business Partner capacity
- Proven experience supporting employee groups of 300
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships and influence across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team
- Exposure to a wide range of HR strategies and functions
- Flexible hybrid work environment
Salary : $40 - $45
