Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role provides first-level technical support to end users, helping troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Respond to IT support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Assist with new user setup, including hardware deployment and account provisioning
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic maintenance
- Support Microsoft Windows environments and common business applications
- Follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or IT coursework preferred
- 0–2 years of IT support or help desk experience (internships welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, IP addressing)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
