Key Responsibilities
• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact

• Lead pursuits, presentations, and support business development efforts
• Mentor and develop project management staff
Qualifications
• 10 plus years of experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in healthcare or hospital construction projects
• Proven experience delivering projects in occupied or phased environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials and large teams
• Strong leadership and client facing communication skills
