Key Responsibilities
• Lead MEP coordination across all phases of construction
• Manage and coordinate mechanical electrical and plumbing subcontractors
• Drive installation sequencing and ensure alignment with project schedule
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Coordinate shutdowns tie ins and work in active hospital environments
• Partner with project management to resolve field and design issues
Qualifications
• 8 plus years of experience in construction with a focus on MEP systems
• Strong experience on healthcare or hospital projects preferred
• Proven experience coordinating complex building systems and multiple trades
• Experience working in occupied or phased environments
• Strong understanding of safety quality and scheduling
