Job Summary
The Senior Conformity Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and systems comply with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role includes conducting conformity assessments, developing compliance strategies, and providing technical expertise across teams.
This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and safety, mitigating risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and inspectors, overseeing workloads, schedules, and project delivery
- Coordinate field operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conformity & Compliance
- Conduct conformity assessments and ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards
- Develop and maintain compliance strategies in line with evolving regulations
Technical Support & Quality
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and recommend design improvements
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards through audits and inspections
Reporting & Client Engagement
- Maintain documentation and deliver clear compliance reports to stakeholders
- Support clients throughout the assessment process and address any issues
Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in assessments and compliance strategy development

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
