The Opportunity

The client is seeking a Project Manager to support its Mechanical Contracting division, focused on large-scale, field-installed HVAC and piping systems (distinct from its off-site modular manufacturing business). This role offers the opportunity to work on technically demanding projects for major life sciences and technology clients, with clear pathways into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC and piping systems, from preconstruction through commissioning
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate closely with engineering, field teams, and controls/automation partners
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of delivery
• Drive project performance on complex, fast-paced builds in regulated environments

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, or process systems)
• Background in life sciences, mission critical, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong understanding of field operations and project delivery
• Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments
