- Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
- Monitor guest accounts for discrepancies, process payments, and update records with attention to detail
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, and preparing reports for management review
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and managing access control for late-night arrivals
- Handle multi-line phone systems to assist guests, staff, or emergency responders as needed with professionalism and clarity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and guest services procedures
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests; bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in financial transactions
- Familiarity with hotel security protocols, CCTV systems, and multi-line phone systems
